Location: King of Prussia, PA Summary: Brickhouse conducted a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) at a large commercial building historically utilized as an industrial and office building by General Electric. Environmental conditions were identified and further evaluated through a soil boring and sampling program.
Location: Philadephia, PA Summary: Brickhouse conducted a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) at a commercial building prior to our client’s purchase for re-development. Environmental history and potential environmental conditions were evaluated through historical reviews and on-site inspection.
Location: Auto Repair Facility, Pottstown, PA Summary: Based on the results of a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (ESA), Brickhouse conducted a Phase II ESA to further evaluate conditions related to historic site operations. The Phase II ESA included a soil boring and sampling program with collection of representative samples for laboratory analysis. The Site investigations facilitated the restructuring of a business loan at the successful auto repair facility.
Location: Exton, PA Summary: In order to allow for a real estate transaction to be completed, Brickhouse managed and documented the proper closure of three large underground storage tanks formerly used for retail sale of gasoline. The closure report was approved by PADEP and allowed the transaction to proceed in a timely and efficient manner.
Location: Brick, NJ Summary: Since 2001, Brickhouse has provided various consulting and engineering services to Brick Recycling in order to manage environmental conditions and operations at its scrap yard facilities. Brickhouse worked with Brick Recycling and the NJDEP to complete remedial actions and successfully established a groundwater Classification Exception Area (CEA) as part of a Remedial Action Permit. Most recently, Brickhouse prepared Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans (SPPPs) for two of its facilities.
